Will the trophie patch for Fallout 3 for the PS3 automatically update?

I've already played through the whole game before the patch came out. Will i have to play through it again, or will it recognize my trophies?

You will have to play back through. The only game I can think of that you can get trophies on without starting over is Burnout Paradise. But even then you would have to start over to get the trophies for unlocking cars.Will the trophie patch for Fallout 3 for the PS3 automatically update?
